Calma Suite puts the whole path of a sale in one place: the request, the quote, the proposal, the confirmation, the operation, the payment from the client and the payment to the supplier. It runs in the browser, on computers and phones. There is nothing to install.
Each company gets its own installation, with its own database, logo and colours. Artificial intelligence is optional, and if you use it, you pay for it with your own key.
Each team in a DMC works in its own screens, on the same data.
Your team and your clients see your company, not ours. You upload your logo, pick two colours, and they apply to the menu, the sign-in page, PDFs, vouchers, spreadsheets and marketing pieces.
A management system holds the most sensitive parts of your business: costs, margins, bank details, passengers. This is how we look after them.
Each person can turn on a code from an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password, Authy) and keep recovery codes. Management can require it for the whole team.
Each company has its own installation and its own database, on Cloudflare. One company’s data is never mixed with another’s.
Each installation has regular backups of the database and the attachments, and a history that lets you go back to an earlier point.
Your data is yours. You can ask for a full copy at any time: the database, the main tables as CSV (clients, files, payments, suppliers) and the attachments. We also hand it over if you stop using the system.
Who sees costs and bank details, and who approves payments, depends on the profile: Management, Sales, Operations, Administration, Products or outside collaborator. Sign-ins and key steps are logged.
Passwords are stored only as a cryptographic hash, so nobody can read them. The system does not send emails or WhatsApp messages by itself: it leaves drafts, and a person on your team sends them.
Each person on the team picks the language of their own screen. Proposals and vouchers come out in each client’s language.

If you sign up, the installation keeps your data. If not, access is closed and the data is deleted within 14 days. Before that, you can ask for a copy.
No. Calma Suite runs in the browser, on computers and phones.
In a separate installation for your company, on Cloudflare, with its own database. You can ask for a full copy whenever you like.
Not on its own. With Google Workspace connected, it leaves the email as a draft in the mailbox of the person working on it. Without that connection, it opens a pre-filled email or gives you the text to copy. A person always does the sending.
It is not required. With it, the system creates Gmail drafts and writes to Google Calendar. Without it, everything works and you just copy and paste.
The interface is in Spanish, Portuguese, English and Italian. Proposals and vouchers come out in Spanish, Portuguese or English.
US dollars. Amounts in pesos and reais are converted, and the original amount is kept on record.
No. Without AI, every screen works with its own rules. If you want it, you connect Claude or Gemini with your company’s key and pay the provider directly for what you use.
Yes. Rate sheets and suppliers come in from an Excel file, and the rate sheet goes out to Excel whenever you want.
It depends on each person’s profile. Management can grant extra permissions to whoever needs them.

Today the system is complete for Argentina: taxes, bank details and holidays. For other countries there is a generic setup. Tell us where you operate before the trial and we will say what already works.
